YPL REFUND POLICY
Effective: Founding Season, Fall 2026 · Youth Pickleball League · Tampa Bay, FL
We keep this simple. Rosters are capped, and every registered player holds a spot another family may want, so refunds step down as the season gets closer.
Season registration

Medical exception
If a player cannot continue because of injury or illness, send a note from a licensed healthcare provider to info@youthpickleballleague.com. We'll issue a prorated season credit for the unplayed weeks, good for any future YPL season for any player in your household. Credits don't expire.
If YPL cancels
If YPL cancels a season, a division, a block or a facility before it starts and can't place your player in a comparable option, you get a full refund. If a season is cut short after it starts for reasons in YPL's control, you get a prorated refund for unplayed weeks. Facility closures for weather or emergency are rescheduled, not refunded.
Championship and regional entries
Regional and championship entry fees ($95) are refundable in full until the entry deadline published for that event. No refund after the deadline, except for a documented medical reason (credit issued).
Merchandise
Jerseys included with registration are not refundable but can be exchanged for size at your first match while sizes last. Optional add-ons (hoodie, cap) can be returned unworn within 14 days of pickup for a refund.
Sibling and promotional pricing
Refunds are calculated on the amount actually paid after discounts. If a sibling cancels, remaining players keep their discounted price.
How to request
Email info@youthpickleballleague.com from the registered parent email with the player name and YPL Player ID. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
